**About the Role**
**11.30pm to 7.30am.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, store and dispatch materials within the warehouse to meet contractual and business requirements
- Promote success within the warehouse function by participating in stocktakes, maintenance and improvement activities
- Proactively contribute to the provision of quality within the department by personally adhering to company quality policies and systems
- Complete hydraulic hose and fitting assembly as required
- Research and consult parts books, IRM’s and Hose Assembly consist listing for procedures and specifications to ensure correct hose assembly detail
- Report inventory adjustment issues to the Leading Hand as per company guideline
- Engage in high level customer service that is expected from Hastings Deering
- Strict adhering with workplace health and safety policies and procedures

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Current Forklift License - desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment
- The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong commitment to quality control and working to schedules
- Experience on Caterpillar parts, WMS (SCALE), and dispatch systems will be highly regarded
- Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels will ensure your success in this role
- Computer Literate
- Committed to a No Harm Environment
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean workspace
- A continuous Improvement commitment and positive attitude towards change
- Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening
- A proficient & motivated work ethic
