**YOUR ROLE**

Join our Digital Services team and embark on a thrilling journey with a unique role that allows you to carve your path You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the realm of people and culture, taking the lead in maintaining the UKG Pro time and attendance system to meet the requirements of the business.

This role is a permanent role, and the role can be back in any **major city in Australia.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry
- Experience in end-to-end payroll including large transactional payroll systems
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong technical aptitude to build systems knowledge and technical capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Experience in HRIS, Success Factors, T&A/Payroll system administration (UKG Pro/SAP) including but not limited to; updates, upgrades, testing, customisations, configuration and security.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and assess new system functionality impacts and convey those impacts to a diverse range of affected stakeholder.
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, IT is desirable
