We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join our Optical Dispenser/ Assistant in our Croydon practice part-time. **Description**:
Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities
- Be able to use your optical/customer service experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with patients in a bright and friendly manner
- Help patients choose frames that not only meet their needs/desires, but also look great
- Willing to keep up to date with product knowledge and fashions (e.g.: frames, sunglasses, contact lens and accessories)
- Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience
- Provide friendly and efficient telephone reception service.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills
- Optical industry experience is preferred but not essential as relevant training will be provided
