**Job Description**:
COMPANY PROFILE:
ROLE PURPOSE: Manage the competitive positioning in the market to reach share, volume and profitability objectives for the assigned product/s. Be the voice of New Holland regarding technology and PLM, being responsible for all marketing related activities including short and long-term planning, pricing, programs and promotions, sales support, training (staff and dealer) and inventory management

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design programs to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace
- Develop CPC (competitive price comparison) for all assigned product/s and execute programs for the dealer network
- Provide sales support and product training for company and dealer personnel
- Develops and delivers offerings congruent to industry, dealer and end user needs
- Ensures product offering aligns to the overall brand strategy
- Conducts competitive surveillance, factoring results into the marketing strategy
- Through product pipeline management ensures adequate and timely supply, sufficient product mix and avoidance of excess and aged inventory
- Reviews revenues, customer segments and developments, reporting regularly to the Brand Leader, ANZ PS&T Manager, APAC and global PLM product managers.
- Works with the Marketing Manager and commercial teams (Brand Leader / National Sales Manager / Product Managers) on market collateral and programs
- Managed allocated SG&A expenses for promotion
- Ensure active involvement in all major field days supported by the company for the assigned product/s

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification &/or
- A minimum of five (5) years industry experience with demonstrated success in product management or territory sales
- Requires an in-depth knowledge of agricultural industry and assigned products
- Highly developed management, communication, interpersonal and team skills
