**Qualifications and Experience**

- Certificate III in Community Services (Aged Care Work)
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Ability to work independently within the scope of practice
- Commitment to follow RN In Charge directives
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Self-motivated with a positive work attitude

**Requirtments**

- Previous experience working in an Aged Care Facility **Highly Desirable**.
- Understandinq of Aqed Care Accreditation Standards.
- Statutory Declaration
- Current police check **Required**
- Seasonal Influenza Vaccination **Highly desirable**
- COVID Cover for all eligible members and boosters where suitable **Highly desirable**
