About the Role
- Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives and continuously demonstrate the ICARE² Values in Action in your decisions.
- Actively participate in a peer or executive lead working environment, working groups, meetings procurement evaluation panels, strategic and operation planning, plant maintenance strategies, undertaking all activities in line with Best Practice, ICARE2 Values and Code of Conduct, remaining ethical, impartial, and professional at all times, supporting quality human resource management practices supporting quality human resource management practices, including Performance Appraisal and Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-discrimination as applied in the workplace with a commitment to zero harm.
- Ongoing collaboration, with the Client Managers and other facility-based stakeholders to ensure evidence-based advice is provided on facility assets, including condition of assets, maintenance of assets and new assets.
- Ensure all identified risks and issues are properly reported and maintained in a register and continually monitor and evaluate risks and issues and recommend action to the Senior Director, Maintenance Services.
