Every corner of The Clifton Hotel has been repurposed and restored, featuring an expansive outdoor courtyard, function room, aperitivo bar and a playful, vibrant Italian restaurant led by esteemed restauranteur and chef, Guy Grossi who is famous for some of Melbourne’s finest Italian offerings.

Puttanesca, an Italian restaurant and bar is the first of its kind in Kew. With strong ties to the community and wider Melbourne food and produce scene, the culinary offering at The Clifton Hotel has a recognisable flair and approach that will now be accessible to all looking for enlivened Italian flavours.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Bartenders are confident, vibrant, and self-motivated professionals who are meticulous about service delivery. With a genuine passion for hospitality, you'll be providing warm and friendly service as you suggest wine and spirit options and shake inspiring cocktails.

Our focus is on continuously reaching greater levels of guest experiences. Our team members work in excellent conditions and can expect to be in an environment that promotes the development of skills, knowledge and career advancement.

- Extensive beverage knowledge and technical skills with wine, spirit and cocktails
- Exceptional people skills and social awareness - guest service is the heart of your DNA.
- You are punctual, reliable, self-driven and a quick problem solver.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.
- Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail.
- Must have VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.10 - $42.14 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
