**Here’s where you’ll make your mark**:

- **Prescription Pro**: Use your expertise to interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
- **Frame Styling Specialist**: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
- **Quality Control Expert**: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.
- **Customer Experience Champion**: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products and confidently explain contact lens specs and suitability.

**Our store teams bring the vision - join us and add yours**:

- **Who Are You?** You’ve got experience in optics and you’re ready to take on a role that’s more hands-on and customer focused
- **Learn and Grow**: Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to further career. We offer full training from basic to advanced dispensing. A Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is desired but not essential.
- **Connect with People**: You’re great with customers and making them feel comfortable and supported.
- **Team Spirit**: You enjoy working with others and you bring your best self to work every day.
