Known for quality food and exceptional service, dal is also an innovative and award-winning supported employment and vocational training organisation. We operate a catering service, retail café, and school canteen, all while providing a supportive environment for our staff.

**Position Overview**
We are looking for a **Kitchen Hand / Delivery Driver** to join our dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that provides meaningful work while maintaining a high standard of service and food quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils throughout the day.
- Assist with food preparation and follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Plan, pack, and cross-check orders for delivery.
- Undertake single or multi-drop deliveries, ensuring all deliveries are completed within scheduled times.
- Hand load and unload food products to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
- This position also involves supporting, supervising & training people with disability to develop their hospitality skills so fluent english is essential

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge of Geelong and surrounding areas.
- Full Driver’s Licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not essential.
- Must be prepared to submit to a NDIS Workers Clearance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
