**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our Cotton On Kids team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. You will play a key role in bringing the Kids vision to life by coordinating and executing on the strategy of digital projects and campaigns within the KIDS brand including, but not exclusive to EDMs and Brand Pages. You will work collaboratively across all Group Digital functions to ensure campaigns are consistent across all channels, are delivered on time and relevant to agreed commercial outcomes. We are looking for someone with a positive and solution driven mindset and a passion for the KIDS customer within the digital space.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and other web and mobile languages and technologies is highly regarded
- Skilled in web analytics and site reporting
- Proven ability to working with key stakeholders and teams to deliver digital solutions
- Experience in managing and scheduling projects to adhere to timelines
- Ability to create digital briefs to achieve the commercial outcome through strong customer engagement and conversion
- Proven experience in developing strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary education i.e. Digital Marketing, Marketing preferred
