**The Company**

We are seeking a Payroll Officer for our client in the Not-for-Profit sector to add value to their payroll team through processing a fortnightly pay run across several awards/EBAs. Our Client is a well know community services organisation dedicated to improving the lives of those vulnerable across Western Australia. This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation that actively contributes to the community and to find vocational fulfilment within payroll.

**The Role**

You will be working alongside your Payroll Manager to ensure that the fortnightly Payroll runs smoothly and accurately, in addition to related HR Admin duties. Ensuring high accuracy while processing a medium level payroll where the challenge comes from the complexity of multiple awards and EBAs.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- 1+ years' experience in payroll processing.
- Experience with Payroll and/or time and attendance systems.
- Proven ability to follow processes and adapt to change.
- Excellent MS Office skills including intermediate Excel
- Remarkable attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
