To implement end to end delivery model across the lifespan of a program encompassing significant business and technical change.

**About You**

You will join a collaborative, fast paced and forward-thinking team that is passionate about providing NAB with the most effective and efficient technology solutions for credit decisioning.

Be a key driver to ensure we realise target state technology capabilities across the Credit Decisioning landscape providing services to support the origination of credit products, with a broad focus on architecture and detailed design. Alongside this, you will be ensuring that NAB is an engineering leader whilst finding ways to reduce our cost and improved delivery efficiency.

**Your roles and responsibilities will be**
- Collaborate with initiative and service architects to build out functional detail, enhancing our journey towards target state architecture for Credit systems at NAB.
- Create high-level and detailed designs under the guidance of the Service Architect and Head of Engineering
- Work with Scrum teams and Project Stakeholders to develop detailed functional specifications.
- Role-model agile ways of working, sharing methodologies & best practice to enable the team to deliver business value at accelerated pace.
- Use your combined knowledge of data, commercial products and microservices/API driven Applications to shape solutions across the credit landscape
- Liaise with our Vendors through written and verbal communications
- Develop detailed data designs for integration flows.
- Support test teams by reviewing testing documentation and assist with defect resolution

**To be successful you need**
- Deep experience in Software Engineering and development lifecycles across multiple platforms
- Demonstrated experience in documenting designs across a landscape impacting multiple development squads
- Experience building Microservices and API driven Applications.
- Strong collaboration, presentation, and written skills
- Role-model agile ways of working, sharing methodologies & best practice
- Ability to work both independently, as well as working as part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team.
- An open mindset and proven ability to innovate and influence.
- Demonstrate ability to map capabilities across a value chain, underpinning with technology enablers to achieve key Business outcomes
- Experience incorporating Agile considerations by considering transitional state designs allowing for more frequent deliveries of capabilities.

Highly Desirable
- One or more Cloud Computing Certifications
- Understanding of Java
- Project Management skill
