**The role**:
We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide holistic in-home support for our client located in the Plympton area.

Successful applicants will:

- Have experience supporting people with complex behaviours, mental health and sensory support
- Communicate by adapting to particpants age, needs and cognitive ability
- High care knowledge and experience including continence care, personal care, enteral feed and medicaiton adminstration via PEG, Stoma care, Skin integrity monitoring
- Ability to report and manage the use of restrictive practices, potential risks and incidents
- Experience with any of following will be highly regarded
- ASD, Down Syndrome, Severe intellectual disabilties
- Implement personal hygiene and infection control procedures
- Record all work as per the organisations requirements
- Commitment to family and person-centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation

**About you**:

- Certificate III or equivalent required
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Assist with Medication Certificate
- Manual Handling
- Working with Children Check
- Must have unrestricted SA Driver's Licence
