**Soul Origin** is coming to **Brisbane Airport** and we’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us We are looking for Barista and BOH/Kitchen Hand Superstars Part-time and Casual roles available

**BARISTAS**:
Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you As a Soul Origin Barista, you’ll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Availability for EARLY starts
- A minimum of 12 months Barista experience
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- Flexibility for some early starts and late finishes due to Airport location
- A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
- Ability to work as a team - when you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

**KITCHEN HANDS**:
Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Then the Back of House role is for you To be successful you’ll have:

- Availability for EARLY starts (Some 3:30am starts due to Airport location)
- Experience using commercial grade knives
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- Flexibility for some early starts and late finishes due to Airport location
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience
- A flexible approach to work - at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
- Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience

**Salary**: $24.01 - $35.42 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
