**About the Role**

As the codification officer within Babcock’s Supply Support Team, you will play a crucial role in the accurate codification of inventory items not currently listed in the catalogue. Collaborating closely with the ACS CLCM engineering team, you will ensure that all relevant information is correctly entered into the ADF Inventory System, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our asset management processes. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting major projects such as the Ships Allowance List (SAL) rumination, creation of Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), and other integrated Logistics Support (ILS) structural systems activities to support the Landing Helicopter Dock (LHD). A key aspect of your role will be to identify items requiring codification, investigate and rectify inaccuracies in existing catalogue entries, and lead efforts to clear any corrupt data. Your will conduct cataloguing activities within the MILIS system, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.

- Ability to work alongside multiple stakeholders
- Previous exposure to Defence force enviornments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Commonwealth Defence Security Clearance as defined by AGSVA guidelines
