Cellar/stores Attendant

**About the position**
Cellar operations are key to the running of our clubs, this opportunity is based at our New Lambton site to assist with maintaining stock and cleanliness of back of house operations. Daily tasks will include:

- Receiving & dispatching of goods
- Unpacking and distributing stock
- Fill all fridges before days trading
- Routinely check kegs in cool rooms and all operating bars
- Clean beer lines on a rotation
- Ensure all stock is rotated
- Cleaning ice machines
- Post mix cage and lines cleaned
- Waste disposal

This position requires availability across 6 days and some shifts may be rostered on Friday and Saturday nights to meet Club operational demands.

**About you**
You are self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised to complete daily set tasks. Previous experience in Club or Pub cellar operations, you will have the flexibility to meet operation requirements. With your strong communication skills, building strong relationships with all departments across the venue will ensure you thrive in a large team environment.
