**About the role**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our leadership team in the role of Transport Supervisor. As a Transport Supervisor, you will effectively lead and manage your assigned team to meet safety, people, operational, customer, and financial performance expectations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage & supervise the performance of the daily Transport operations to meet service targets safely and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Build and promote a positive, engaged and efficient team environment
- Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure housekeeping and safe work practices are adhered to

**Who we’re looking for**:
We’re seeking a highly motivated, passionate individual with
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, motivating, and managing teams to meet objectives
- Strong planning and problem solving skills including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations/Distribution Centre Operations will be advantageous in this role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as WMS, TMS, and TACTICS
- Flexibility and demonstrate resilience to meet challenging targets and timeframes
