Facility Cleaner

**WHAT WE NEED?**

Challenger is seeking experienced, enthusiastic and results driven full time, part time and casual facility cleaners to join our team looking after the cleanliness of a local Shopping Centre in Sunnybank and other possible locations. Working in an autonomous role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety, delivering exceptional cleaning services based on our award-winning standards and our client needs.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO?**
- Attending to the cleanliness of a shopping centre as part of a team
- Contributing to the positive experience of patrons and the local community
- Using Chemicals and adhering to safety standards at all times
- Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Control floor cleaning and polishing using machinery
- Complete tasks associated with mopping, dusting and rubbish removal
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED?**
- Be flexible and available to work days, afternoons and nights on weekdays and weekends
- Have proven experience cleaning public areas
- Have proven experience operating scrubbing and polishing machinery
- Proven experience working to safe operating practices.
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Sound communication skills
