**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop client relationships that thrive and endure
- Define key business challenges and shape quantitative research studies
- Immerse yourself in client’s business to establish a credible base of knowledge
- Conduct quant research that is sharp, smart, pragmatic and commercial
- Share ideas to develop industry leading techniques
- Demonstrate passion for ongoing learning and developing junior colleagues
- Sharing and caring for the development of the company team, culture and ways of working

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience of ad hoc and continuous quantitative research projects
- A skilled research practitioner with experience in developing surveys, project management, analysing and integrating data (SPSS/Q)
- A strategic mindset and an understanding of how to develop actionable insights that provide clients with business solutions and opportunities.
- A positive energy and enthusiasm to be part of a vibrant, diverse and inclusive culture
