**Your role will involve**:

- Mentoring and leading a mid sized team, administering performance reviews and conducting regular team meetings
- Motivating and empowering your team, to delivery premium quality service to clients
- Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the team can provide a high quality client experience
- Contributing to growth of the team by getting involved in the recruitment process of new hires
- Proactive involvement in the day to day operations of the team, as a hands on leader
- Hold proven experience in a team leader role, managing a client service team - we are open to industry
- Have communication skills (written and verbal), high attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Possess a positive attitude and work ethic
- Be passionate about leading, driving and developing a team
- Take initiative and identify areas for improvement and/or efficiencies within the team
