**The Opportunity**

As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers through to production and customers. You'll manage stock levels, monitor supply timing, and work closely with key internal stakeholders to meet business needs and enhance service delivery.

This role is also key in identifying process improvements across the supply chain—driving proactive planning, inventory optimisation, and continuous improvement.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage supply and demand forecasts to meet operational targets
- Create and process purchase orders and order receipts
- Collaborate with procurement on tenders and vendor management
- Reconcile invoices with purchase documentation
- Work closely with commercial teams on inventory updates and stock availability
- Oversee inventory to ensure stock levels align with demand
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply process
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality and compliance standards

**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant experience
- Strong experience in manufacturing, supply chain or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and planning software
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
