**About the role**:
We are looking for a Freight Administrator to manage the Ampol Freight process for Contracted Cartage Carriers and Distributors. You will bring a commercially focused mindset to the role, ensuring negotiated freight solutions are accurate and freight costs remain competitive for the organisation. The role will be responsible for maintaining SAP freight systems to ensure cartage rates, service fees and the inland distribution recovery charges are accurate. The role is also accountable for the timely payment of freight within contract and service fee agreements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for loading and maintaining Carrier and Distributor rates, including the creation and uploading of scheduled rate adjustment files.
- Management of freight error log to ensure accurate and timely payment to Cartage Carriers.
- Maintaining customer delivery Master Data in SAP as per advice from Freight Coordinator and Customer Solutions
- Advice to Business managers on queries relating to freight and cost recovery
- Responsible for validating supplier transactions to determine accuracy and contract compliance.
- Prioritisation of admin tasks
- Detailed working knowledge of the industry supply chain, with operating knowledge of logistics
