W Win Engineering has a close knit dynamic team of highly experienced and qualified Engineers, Mechanical Fitters and Welders. Due to continued growth of new line pump sales across Australia we are currently looking for a Full Time **Sales Assistant.**

**About the role**

Reporting to the national sales manager, the purpose of the role is to assist with the development of new line pump sales in Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory. You will have sales goals within your region that will be continually tailored to establish and improve relationships with new and existing customers.

The key tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Generate and convert new leads
- Identify and follow up on all new business
- Proactively promote the W Win Engineering brand and promote all products within.
- Delivering tailored solutions that keep clients coming back
- Keeping on top of KPIs, margins, and opportunities for growth

**About you**

- Previous trades experience looking to transition to a sales based role
- Strong ability to promote new customers and identify new opportunities
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and has the ability to build rapport
- Able to find ways to work with your customers to generate value
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
