We are looking for a driven and bubbly Content Coordinator to join our Marketing Team The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing our organic Social Media Strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with a multitude of stakeholders across our business and suppliers to identify content opportunities, capture and edit content and publish on our social channels and within our business.

**What will you be doing?**
- Manage our organic social media content strategy on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Identify content opportunities, capture and edit photos and videos and schedule for upload
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, this role will involve driving to display and client homes so a drivers license is required
- Engage with our audiences by responding to comments and messages, referring enquiries to our Sales Team and the Management team as required
- Evaluate the success of our brand presence via social page growth and website traffic referrals
- Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Assist the Marketing Manager with general overflow - an incredible opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with an award winning group

**About you**
- You are organised and able to prioritise workflow and work to deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role advantageous, however training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking and analytical skills
- You are reliable and responsible
- New Homes Industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- You have a relevant C Class Drivers license
