**About the role**:
Represent Charcoal & Crisp as the first point of contact—welcoming guests, taking orders, managing reservations (lunch & dinner service from 11am-9 pm, Tue-Sun), and delivering top-tier customer experience.

**Key duties**:

- Greet customers, present menus, and take orders.
- Coordinate reservations & manage walk-ins.
- Serve food and drinks with accuracy and warmth.
- Handle payments.
- Assist with bussing, table setup, cleaning.
- Maintain POS accuracy and cash handling.

**Requirements**:

- Prior FOH experience with POS familiarity. (Optional)
- Customer-service excellence in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
