Operating as a major global Multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer with global sites worldwide, our client is well known for its growth and innovation and is an Australian iconic brand in the marketplace, offering a range of healthcare products to local & global markets.
- Due to increase in project requirements within the quality team, our client is now seeking a
- ** QA Associate - Sterility Assurance **to be responsible for the oversight & life cycle management of Sterility Assurance controls governance, validation controls & monitoring controls at the site.**About the Opportunity**

Key responsibilities include the following:
- Perform Environmental & Personnel monitoring, In-process testing, finished product testing, microbiological method development.
- Participate in Validation & qualification of the facility, utility & equipment, process, personnel & method at the site.
- Provide training on cleaning, disinfection, hygiene, gowning & behaviour, facility design & process design at the site.
- Provide expertise to the site related to Sterility Assurance standards & ensure systems are aligned with the Sterility Assurance function.
- Partner closely with Global & Local Quality Sterility Assurance teams from other manufacturing sites & ensure that the same principles and systems are applied across all sites.

**About You**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Microbiology/Biology life sciences or equivalent.
- Previous experience working on Projects & experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in aseptic manufacturing, microbiology & sterility assurance is highly desirable.
- Experience in aspects related to sterility assurance, Media fill concept, environmental monitoring, Aseptic filling, Contamination control
- Ability to Influence key stakeholders (eg project managers, production, quality)
- Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
