**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated **Retail Store Manager**to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring smooth business operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong leadership and retail management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Decide on the range of products, manage inventory levels, and establish service quality standards.
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies, marketing plans, and pricing structures.
- Implement promotional activities and advertising campaigns to enhance product and brand visibility.
- Engage with customers, process sales, and provide guidance on product features and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of employees to maintain a productive team.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations and industry compliance standards.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- A qualification in management is highly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
- Experience in stock control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail POS systems and business operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
