**Job Description**:
Join a large and complex Program as the PMO Manager. You'll be joining a collaborative team, an interesting and growing program of work, supporting a Federal Government client. This is a large ICT Infrastructure based program.
The programs include:
- ICT infrastructure;
- Complex System Integrations;
- SOE development
- Win 10 deployment ;
- Data centre refurbishments and enhancements;
This role will suit someone who has demonstrated experience in managing PMOs and working with a customer to uplift their maturity. You'll be responsible for areas in the program such as Benefits Realisation and Risk management and for managing status reporting, variation reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
**Qualifications**:
You're a seasoned PMO Manager with considerable experience in below the line delivery, ideally in complex systems integration and ICT infrastructure. Experience with either Defence or Federal Government clients is preferred but not essential. You also bring:
- Risk Management experience and knowledge of the ISO Risk Management principles;
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills with the ability to undertake process reengineering;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated experience in supporting clients in PMO maturity uplift.
