Qc Technician

**About The Company**
Our client is a world leader in supporting science and has a state-of-the-art facility in Brisbane that specializes in clinical and commercial manufacturing and single-use biologics technology. The Brisbane site boasts expertise in GMP for clinical and commercial manufacturing and is in a period of growth and expansion.

**About the Role**
A casual, ongoing position, working 38 hours Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to work shifts, overtime and occasional weekends as required. This is an entry level position in a busy GMP lab, requiring someone to work in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team. You’ll work closely with both the Quality and Manufacturing teams. Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

- Sampling of raw materials
- Physiochemical testing - pH, conductivity, etc.
- Following SOPs
- Reporting on analysis
- Basic lab housekeeping
- Other duties as directed by the Team Leader

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology, Chemistry) or related degree
- Previous experience working in a similar manufacturing laboratory would be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Full working rights in Australia
