From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools. **Responsibilities**: **Position Purpose**: This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and passionate individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered). You will join a growing team and gain exposure to a unique environment working in the Fintech space. You'll enjoy operating in a fast paced, highly efficient agile environment alongside a team of autonomous individuals that have strongly aligned beliefs and laser focused goals. **Primary duties will include** - Being part of a team based in Sydney dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience - Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers - No cold calling is involved, the job is heavily centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone, in a fast-paced workplace environment - Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience - funding their account, education etc - Encourage and support referrals from existing clients Qualifications: **To land this role you will need**: - Financial investment industry experience - Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers - Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player - Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your own client base but driven to source new relationships on own accord - Self-motivated that likes working to targets - Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading - Mandarin and English language proficiency **What makes you stand out** - Can learn complex products quickly - Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Commitment to continuous improvement **Education / Certification Requirements** - Bachelor’s Degree **Working environment** - Be part of a highly motivated team building the brand in Australia - Gain experience in a high performing culture with opportunities to grow your career in a global Fortune 500 company - Competitive package offered for the right individuals (base plus commission) and a brand new office in a startup hub - Social calendar and events organized regularly
