- Picton location
- Temporary Full-Time or Part time up to January 2027
- Salary commencing from $43.26 per hour+ 12% Superannuation
- Up to 35-hours per week with flex-time system
About the opportunity:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide frontline customer service for all of Council’s services. You will understand the importance of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information, have the ability to adjust communication style and approach when dealing with customers and be confident in asking questions to be able to reach a solution.
To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service or extensive relevant experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Ability to plan and prioritise, think and solve problems on a day to day basis.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and individually without direct supervision, be motivated with an excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and engagement skills.
- Experience working within a Customer Contact/Call Centre environment
