The school now has more than 2,500 students who are supported by a teaching and Education Support staff of approximately of 350. The College¿s Leadership consists of 9 Principal Class Officers and 35 Middle Tier Leaders (LS/LT). There are 40 Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students enrolled in the College. There are 780+ EAL student enrolments across the College. We have a significant number of funded students in the Program for Students with Disabilities. The school is a welcoming place where students from many cultures learn together in outstanding facilities. The College is led by a Principal at the AP6 level who along with the Principal Class Officers is supported by a Senior Administrative Team comprising a Manager of Human Resources, Manager of Finance, Manager of IT and Manager of Facilities. In addition, to reflect the Department of Education¿s move to the Disability Inclusion Process (DIP), the College has appointed two DIP Coordinators established at the AP1 level. Both positions report directly to the Head of Wellbeing and Inclusion. Further, the College has built an exceptional team of Multi-Cultural Engagement and Inclusion Assistants who comfortably work alongside the PCO, Teachers, students, and their families. The College is categorized as low compared to other State schools in socio-economic terms. The school family occupation and education (SFOE) index being set at 0.583. To support our families and their children, the College has a sophisticated Wellbeing Team which is overseen daily by a Manager (ES) who also reports to the Head of Wellbeing and Inclusion. Demonstrated ability to support others to reflect on their practice and facilitate school-based professional learning. **Role**: Learning Specialists will be highly skilled classroom practitioners who continue to spend the majority of their time in the classroom delivering high-quality teaching and learning and have a range of responsibilities related to their expertise, including teaching demonstration lessons, observing and providing feedback to other teachers and facilitating school-based professional learning. Learning Specialists are expected to have deep knowledge and expertise in high quality teaching and learning in delivering improved achievement, engagement and wellbeing for students. The role of the Learning Specialist will be to model excellence in teaching and learning through demonstration lessons and, mentoring and coaching teachers in improving the skill, knowledge and effectiveness of the teaching workforce. The Learning Specialist role is aimed at building excellence in teaching and learning within the Teaching Service. **Resp
