Childcare Educator

We are seeking highly skilled professionals who are as passionate as we are for our EYLF and have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach, which we are inspired by.

We are seeking positive, fun, experienced and competent Cert 111 educators. We are seeking a Full-time experienced educator and also Casual Educators to join our Team

**Requirements**:

- Educators need:

- Completed Cert 111 in Children’s services, Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an Early Childhood Setting (minimum 3 years).
- Dedication to ongoing training and self improvement.
- Current First Aid certificate with Anaphylaxis & Asthma.
- A WWCC and Police Clearance.
- Child protection training.
- References.

Skills and Experience:

- To participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of Kids on Beaufort Philosophy whist adhering to policies and procedures.
- Experience and passion for Reggio Philosophy (but not essential) and thorough understanding of the ELYF & NQF as well as NQS.
- Hard work ethic, excellent communication skills and ability to be part of a team.
- Happy and Positive attitude with a genuine love for children.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
