**About the opportunity**

We’re looking for a part time **Freight Handler** to join our diverse and hard-working team at our StarTrack facility in Wingfield. With e-commerce booming, our freight handlers are the folks making sure consignments are correctly loaded so we can get deliveries out to our customers, fast.

This is a part time permanent opportunity starting at 3am to 9.30am Mon-Fri working a 32.5hrs a week. Paid overtime is required on occasion. This role pays $30.21/hr + 12% super plus 30% penalty on top.

**You’ll be**
- Using your strong work ethic to help us keep delivering great service
- Handloading parcels and cartons from conveyor belts into trucks, ready for our drivers to head out on the road
- Unloading trucks when drivers get back to the warehouse
- Wrapping freight by hand or using a shrink wrapper (you know - like the ones at the airport), electronically scanning parcels and updating documentation.

**About you**
- You’re fit and can lift at least 30kg repeatedly - we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to help make sure you’re safe on the job
- You’re laser focused, even when the role gets repetitive
- You’re a team player, passionate about helping our team keep the community connected
- If you’ve got a forklift licence that’s a plus, since this comes handy moving freight around the warehouse
- You've worked night shift before
