Based on the North Shore, this leading healthcare business is seeking an experienced Office Manager to proactively lead their corporate office. With the company now looking to refresh processes, this is an opportunity for an energetic and dedicated professional to add value and input whilst ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**The nuts and bolts**
- Being the key point of contact for the office relating to general processes and procedures
- Managing the general office budget and negotiating with suppliers
- Overseeing reception duties and managing front of house
- Supporting with onboarding, preparing equipment, and organising welcome packs
- Facilities and maintenance management
- General administration for various teams across the business when required
- Ensuring office supplies (stationary and the very important coffee/snack cupboard) are always stocked
- Booking conferences and managing meeting rooms
- Managing the main phone line and post/couriers

You're a business-orientated Office Manager who loves injecting fun into every aspect of your day (a sense of humour will go a long way). Your energetic spirit not only inspires others around you, but also keeps you on track - even when there are multiple plates to juggle. You pride yourself on your 'can-do' attitude. As always, a warm and positive nature will ensure you're part of the business in no time.

Like any great Office Manager, it goes without saying that you will be a whizz around computers and have the ability to troubleshoot basic IT problems.
