What’s the job?

Reporting to the Associate Director of International Enrolments and Admissions, the Enrolment Support and Admissions Manager plays a key role in supporting the recruitment of International students into Australia’s programs. The role will support the enrolment support & admissions team on a day-to-day basis with conversions, systems, and processes, to assist the team in maintaining focus in trying to overachieve the international team targets. The role will the team to ensure smooth and timely processing of student applicants and will directly oversee the staff that look after our Genuine Temporary Processing (GTE) area of admissions.

Day-to-day accountabilities:
- Lead, train and support the enrolment support & admissions team to ensure the targets are hit or surpassed and they gain the knowledge required to successfully achieve these targets.- Be a key contact for other departments and senior management and student finance to problem solve and maintain solid working relationships.- Actively assist in improving service levels within admissions as well as other projects and regional specific requirements.- Provide comprehensive, professional and accurate information to students, parents and agents.- Support your manager with any reporting or compliance requirements

To be successful in this you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the international student market- Demonstrated sales and marketing experience overall, preferably in the international education space- Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales plans- Experience leading and coaching a team
