We’re opening the doors to our newest rebel store in Burwood and we’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to bring energy, leadership and a love for sport to our team.

**About the role**

As the **Assistant Store Manager** (internally known as a Customer Service Manager) you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of this brand-new store, supporting the Store Manager to lead a passionate team, drive results, and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Drive Sales & Performance**: Support the Store Manager in delivering store KPIs and optimising sales and profitability.
- ** Lead the Customer Experience**: Empower your team to deliver standout service and bring our customer-first mindset to life.
- ** Coach & Inspire**: Mentor team members, support their growth and ensure onboarding and training standards are met.
- ** Foster a Positive Team Culture**: Lead with energy, encourage collaboration, and help create a store culture that celebrates success and learning.
- ** Champion Safety & Compliance**: Lead by example in all things safety and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

- An engaging leader with experience in retail management or a senior team leader role.
