**Opportunity to work on Wormall Civil Project Sites - The Job**

Wormall Civil is a long-established (1984) leading Western Australian Civil Construction company that strives to provide excellence in engineering, construction, and project management services. As the leading company in residential subdivision development, we are currently working on projects from Two Rocks to Mandurah in the Perth metro region and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest.

Unlike other civil contractors, we install all underground utilities in-house. We have our own dewatering and traffic management team and we own a large fleet of trucks and mobile plant which service our works. Therefore, we have our own electrical contracting department with a crew of Electricians, Cable Jointers, Cable Layers and Apprentices, trades assistants and electrical labouring team.

As the Electrical Manager’s right hand, this Supervisor’s position will be responsible for leading these teams across all our project sites. You will ensure efficient coordination of resources to align with operational requirements, ultimately delivering a high standard asset to the asset owner, our client.

**About You**
- You are trade qualified with extensive industry experience including supervising teams;
- Experienced in underground utilities installation construction projects;
- Experience in working with Western Power, meeting their quality standards;
- High ability to interpret drawings, specifications and other project related documentation;
- Strong reputation in working cohesively with project teams, subcontractors and general construction workers;
- High focus on safety and compliance;
- High attention to detail, producing meticulous standard of work;
- Great reputation with clients, especially Western Power, you have built strong working relationships with all the clients you work for;
- Well organized, able to manage a high workload and changing goal posts when they occur;
- Ensure effective communication, on site with feedback, via regular reporting requirements, working effectively with your entire team;
- Physically fit, able to work 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday;
- You work as part of a team to deliver project results for your department, contributing to the wider Wormall team
