**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsperson to join our team at our office located in Manly Vale, Sydney NSW 2093.
You will play a key role in developing and coordinating construction documentation, producing detailed drawings, 3D plans, and specifications to support our projects.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and finalize construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans, in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to produce construction drawings and 3D plans for refurbishment projects.
- Prepare preliminary working drawings, detailed working drawings, and project specifications.
- Produce as-built drawings and renovation plans to support refurbishment works.
- Assist in the preparation of material schedules, including windows, doors, finishes, and other components.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, address queries, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Architectural Draftsperson (or similar position).
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of Australian building codes, council regulations, and the National Construction Code (NCC).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing construction documentation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience producing renovation plans and as-built documentation.
- Ability to resolve construction-related technical issues and provide practical design solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
