**Job Description**:
**What’s the opportunity?**

Reporting to our NSW State Education Manager, this person also has a background in or is studying Psychology or Counselling, Teaching (Primary or Secondary), Social Sciences or Child Development.

**Here’s how you’ll do it**:

- Deliver online safety education presentations across metropolitan and regional NSW, and QLD as required.
- Support NSW based project work as directed by the NSW State Education Manager.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives as directed by the NSW State Education Manager.
- Provide additional school consultation support to help scale or introduce ySafe education services and products in NSW.
- Liaise and work with the wider Education & Wellbeing team as required.
- Facilitating the professional delivery of education sessions to all school stakeholders.
- Ensuring the professional and high quality delivery of ySafe programs and products across schools in NSW and QLD.
- Reporting on ySafe activities and engaging in consultations with schools to identify development areas or solutions ySafe could provide based on school client feedback.
- Positively and proactively contributing to the growth of ySafe in NSW.

**Qualifications**:
**What will you bring?**
- Degree or background in Psychology, Counselling, Teaching or Child Development.
- Strong presentation experience or a performance background.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in the Australian school education sector.
- Experience with digital media, marketing and business development is highly desirable.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.

**You’ll have**:

- Superior organisational and communication skills.
- Versatile ability to relate to children and teens of ages 5 to 18 in both classroom & non-classroom settings, as well as adults (staff and parents).
- High level of professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Broad knowledge of the online safety space with strong ability to communicate this knowledge to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to perform in varied public spaces.
- Ability to work to deadlines and adhere to stated availability.
- The ability to deliver staff and/or parent education sessions in the afternoon or evening at least one day per week, outside of standard business hours.
- Willingness to travel throughout metropolitan & surrounding areas as well as deliver occasional out of state presentations.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Full NSW Drivers licence and regular access to a vehicle.
