**As a Sanbdwich Hand you will be involved in**:
- Preparation of Salads and cold larder items for all areas of the hospital- Food preparation for the salad and cold larder area- Basic food preparation including plating, and presentation of food items- Cleaning duties, including fridges and preparation area- Monitoring and recording of all relevant food safety data- Working with the patient ordering system Chefmax

Northern Beaches Hospital is a fully licensed private hospital, providing care to public and private patients from an outstanding facility with a large range of quality services provided by exceptional nurses, doctors and staff.

**Selection Criteria**:
The full onsite production kitchen allows the Catering staff to provide high quality, fresh cooked, seasonal menus. The service operates Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 21:00hrs. Flexible rostering with a range of morning, afternoon and weekend shifts available.

**You will bring to our high-performing team**:
- Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate (HLTFSE001)- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements- Experience with bulk food preparation- Track record of providing excellent service and customer experience- Passionate about food and providing high standards of food service- Effective communication skills- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail- Ability to work co-operatively and productively in a busy environment
