Plasma / Laser Machine Operator

Haynes is currently seeking Plasma / Laser Machine Operator for a valued client based in Cowra NSW for an ASAP start.

**About the Job**:

- Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm Friday - 7am to 130pm
- Temporary to Permanent role
- Located in Cowra NSW

**Requirements**:

- DL + Reliable vehicle to and from work
- Previous experience in similar role
- Forklift Licence - ADVANTAGEOUS
- CNC knowledge - ADVANTAGEOUS
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating multiple CNC profile cutting machines ranging from 3D robotic oxy cutting to large format bevel plasma cutters
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical or software issues.
- Selecting and positioning materials for cutting, ensuring efficient usage and mínimal waste.
- Coordinating with engineers, welders, and production teams to meet project requirements.
- Following workplace safety regulations, including handling gases, tools, and materials safely.
