This position is located in: Modbury

**The Role**

Full time position based at Sureway’s Modbury Office with regular travel across the city and north eastern suburbs in Adelaide.

Assist clients in their workplace to deliver on their job. Analyse the clients work to refine the delivery of tasks, sequences, quality, quantity and overall execution of duties.

Create a communication conduit between the employer and the client to ensure the employers needs are met, and the client achieves long term employment goals.

**Duties**
- Support clients and employers at employer workplaces
- Case manage clients with barriers to employment or people with disability
- Coach employers to accommodate specific needs of clients
- Develop and maintain mutually agreed plans with clients
- Maintain timely and accurate records
