**About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide efficient pharmacy services that is aligned to organisational goals and legislative standards. To contribute to patient care by undertaking advanced clinical support tasks under the direct or indirect supervision of a pharmacist.
About you
Support ward/team-based pharmacists in their role by facilitating proactive medication dispensing, assessing patient medication needs and the provision of medication information and supply on discharge.
Provide support, mentoring and supervision to less experienced pharmacy assistants/ technicians.
Participate in quality improvement activities in alignment with pharmacy departmental requirements.
Have a good knowledge of pharmaceuticals, their use within pharmacy, and their ordering and storage requirements to optimise procurement procedures in Pharmacy.
