**The Opportunity**
We’re currently seeking a trade-qualified Boilermaker with strong pipe fitting and welding experience to join our Site Services team. This is a hands-on role, focused on the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems and mechanical components in fixed plant environments.

This position suits someone who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a team environment, and has proven experience working with carbon steel pipe, welding (MIG, Stick, Flux Core), and flange management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and install pipework and structural components from carbon steel
- Perform pipe welding using MIG, Stick, and Flux Core techniques
- Conduct pipe fitting, including flange management and pipe commissioning
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Assemble, align, and adjust mechanical and piping components as required
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of bitumen systems and other processing equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support efficient site operations
- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain detailed records of work completed

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a boilermaking or pipe fitting role
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Carbon pipe welding (MIG, Stick, Flux Core)
- Pipe fitting and commissioning
- Flange management and pipe commisioning
- Bitumen systems and fixed plant work (highly regarded)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Dogging and Rigging tickets (advantageous)
- Strong commitment to Safety, Health & Environmental practices

**What We Offer**:

- $75,000 - $90,000 base salary + superannuation
- Overtime and site allowances (remote, travel, meal) paid where applicable
