Retail Manager

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join **INDUR TRADING PTY LTD'** as a Retail Manager. you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations in our Whitfield, VIC location. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression.

**What you'll be doing**
- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales
- Manage all day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and implementing sales strategies
- Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure the store meets all operational, health and safety, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with the Head Office team on product selection, marketing, and strategic initiatives
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the store team

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager role, preferably in the **Retail & Consumer Products** industry
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret and act on sales data
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
- A passion for the **Retail & Consumer Products** industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
