**A leading food manufacture with a long-standing reputation for producing highest quality food products are currently looking for QC Officers to join their plant in Broadmeadows.***

**Duties**:
Reporting to the Quality Manager your responsibilities include:

- Perform food safety and standardization audits on food products
- Review and monitor all set quality control programs and quality control test results
- Organize daily tests on food products
- Review and update quality control reports on a weekly basis
- Perform inspections of raw food materials to ensure food safety
- Evaluate product in accordance with customer feedback

**Skills/Experience as a minimum for the above roles**:

- Experience working in a QC role and/or recently graduated in Food Science or similar degree
- Good understanding of HACCP and GMP
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to start early in the morning (Day shifts) and finish late (Afternoon shifts)
- Full working rights to work a minimum of 38 hours a week ongoing
- Must be able to work with meat products, be able to lift a minimum of 15KG and work in a cold environment (15 degrees)
