**A.C.E. Gate Hardware** is a well-established, family owned engineering and manufacturing business based in North Brisbane. Specialising in high-quality gate hinging and fencing hardware for the rural sector.

We're looking for a driven and experienced **Sales All-rounder** to join our experienced team to help us grow

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is a dynamic mix of internal and external sales and marketing activities, where you'll be:

- **Building relationships**:_Developing new business opportunities with a diverse range of customers, including rural produce stores, fencing contractors, and steel suppliers to name a few.
- **Providing solutions**:_ Understanding customer needs and offering the right products from our range of gate hinges, fencing hardware, and custom-engineered components.
- **Nurturing existing accounts**:_Servicing our loyal customer base across Queensland and Northern NSW, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- **Hitting the road**:_ Travelling to visit clients, attend industry events, and identify new leads.
- **Working collaboratively**:_Liaising with our sales & production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and total customer satisfaction.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- **Proven sales experience**:_ A successful track record in B2B sales, ideally within the rural or hardware related industries.
- **Strong communication skills**:_ Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- **Self-motivation and initiative**:_ A proactive approach to finding new business and exceeding targets.
- **Technical aptitude**:_ A basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes together with strong computer skills would be an advantage.
- **Valid driver's license**:_ Essential for client visits and field sales.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
