We're seeking a passionate and dedicated **Childcare Educator** to join our team at **Great Beginnings Golden Bay** As a Childcare Educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of children aged 6 months to 5 years, creating a nurturing environment that fosters their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

**Our Centre**:
Welcome to Great Beginnings Golden Bay. Our daycare and early learning centre is a convenient choice for local families in Golden Bay, Secret Harbour, Singleton and surrounding suburbs. Great Beginnings Golden Bay offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to suit busy families.
- Delightful indoor and outdoor play areas
- State-of-the-art technology and learning resources
- Capacity for up to 100 children, operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm

**Your Qualifications**:

- ACECQA-approved Diploma Qualification in Earl CHildhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Proven experience in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
- Must be able to work from MOnday to Friday on an ongoing basis

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging activities (art, music, movement, outdoor play)
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Observe, assess, and communicate children's progress and needs
- Maintain a clean and organized room
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
