This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high performing Plus Fitness in a growth area of Melbourne.

A Membership and Customer Service team member is required to join the team to build the membership base and keep existing members happy and healthy.

We want you to feel like you're part of the Plus Fitness Family and enjoy our awesome culture.

As a Membership and Customer Service team member, your key focuses will be:

- Contacting potential and existing members by phone
- Following a high volume call plan for new prospects and retention
- Membership sales
- Providing the highest level of service to our existing members
- Working with our amazing personal trainers
- Ensuring the club is clean and safe

This is the job for you if can show us that you:

- Enjoy talking to people on the phone and in person
- Are passionate about health and fitness
- Are outcome focused

Call center, sales, promo or some previous gym experience are desirable and further training will be provided on the job.

The following qualifications are required:

- Senior First Aid or equivalent
- CPR Certificate
- Working with children card/certification

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $40.00 per hour
